Group events are a fun and healthy way to share Yoga or Pilates with family, friends or co-workers. Body Mind & Core can customize any event from birthdays or anniversaries to bridal party classes or corporate team building exercises. We are happy to provide extra accommodations such as snacks, drinks or champagne. We can also include parting gifts like mantra blessed jewelry or special class packages.

Both on- and off-site events are available. We can create a theme for any desired class and provide instruction for yoga, pilates, TRX, meditation or combine any of these modalities for a truly memorable experience. Let us take care of the little details so you can enjoy something special!
